To avoid damaging the protective coating that we apply to the nameplate,
wash with mild soap and water and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners.
Nameplates are handmade to order and ship within 1-2 weeks. We will send you a shipping notification with tracking information once it goes out.
Because our nameplates are handmade for each order, we are unable to offer refunds unless there is a spelling error on our part. Please double check the text you enter when ordering a nameplate from our website. If your nameplate arrives with a spelling error please reach out to us within 30 days and we will be happy to work with you on an exchange.
